An engineer by training, John G. Dzwonczyk, P.E. has worked for Getty Oil Company and SOHIO, which is now known as BP Oil Company. In 1995, John left his corporate position and founded JGD Associates, Inc. to provide architectural and engineering services to a wide range of petroleum marketers. We met with John recently, and listened as he provided this overview of his company's services;
JGD Associates, Inc. specializes in all forms of consulting for companies involved in the retail side of the oil business, such as gas stations, fuel centers, truck stops, and commercial fueling facilities. Our services include consulting, planning, design, permitting, execution, management, and compliance. Over the past twelve years, our plans have been instrumental in the construction of approximately 1,300 facilities throughout the United States and Canada. Our clients include Speedway, Shell, Marathon, Sunoco, Kroger, Murphy USA, and many other familiar brand names.
Although we are licensed in thirty-seven states, we are a local employer and are responsible for bringing jobs to the Avon Lake community. We are proud of the part we play in the local economy, and of the revenue we bring to Northeast Ohio from around the country.
